Music must be through a mobile device.

You cannot smoke inside the apartment (You will be fined 350usd)

To receive visits you must send us a request 24 hours in advance, send ID of the visitors, maximum 6 people including those on the reservation.
Coexistence

Please be kind and considerate to our neighbors.

After 9pm (9pm) you should keep your electronic devices on minimum.

Pets must be on a leash at all times in common areas and you must pick up after your pet.
Environment

We take care of the environment!

If you are going to leave the property please TURN OFF Air Conditioners, TV, lights etc.

Turn off the lights in areas you are not using

If you have the air on please keep the doors and windows closed
Swimming pool

Hours 9 am - 9 pm

Food is not allowed inside the pool.

Glasses or cups must be plastic.

Pets are not allowed in the pool.

Children must be under adult supervision at all times.

Music is not allowed in the pool area.

Inappropriate behavior is not allowed.
